Approved email domains
To save time from manually inviting new users, PullRule allows you to add allowed email domains. Once set up, anyone with the matching email domain can join the organisation without an invitation or approval. This is only designed to streamline the joining process and does not prevent users from creating new organisations what that domain email. Users who are creating new accounts will see a prompt to join the organisation during the onboarding flow.Please review this list regularly to ensure it reflects your current organisational structure and email domains.
Support access
PullRule includes a feature to allow support agents to impersonate users within your organisation. This enables faster, more effective troubleshooting and issue resolution. When enabled, support agents can temporarily access user views to assist with problems or inquiries. All actions are logged for accountability and transparency (see Audit logs below).Support access logs are available to users on all plans.
Audit logs
PullRule automatically tracks events related to account access, user activity, and system changes, including the IP address of the actor. All audit logs are retained for 90 days. Audit logs are critical for security monitoring, compliance auditing, and investigating changes or issues within the application.Audit logs are only available to organisations on the Scale plan.
