The Team members section allows you to manage who has access to your organisation within PullRule. In this page you can list all active users within your organisation, track and manage pending invitations, invite new members, transfer organisation ownership and suspend users if needed.

Inviting new members

To invite others to join your organisation:
  1. Click the invite new member button.
  2. A modal will appear where you can enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas.
  3. Invitations will be sent to each address, and pending invites will appear in the Invitations section.
Invited users will receive an email with instructions to join your organisation.

Transferring ownership

Organisation owners can transfer ownership to another team member by following these steps:
  1. Select the team member you want to transfer ownership to.
  2. Initiate the transfer by clicking on the Transfer ownership button in the dropdown menu.
  3. The selected user will receive a notification and must accept the transfer to complete the process.
  4. Once accepted, the new owner will have full administrative rights, and the previous owner will become a regular member.
Ownership transfers are final and require the new owner’s explicit approval.

Suspending users

As the owner, you can suspend users who should no longer have access to the organisation:
  • Suspended users lose access immediately.
  • This action can help manage offboarding or temporary access revocations.
Suspended users can be reactivated later if needed.
