Scheduled reports enable automatic delivery of detailed member insights on a recurring basis. These reports contain the
same rich data found in on-demand member reports, but are automatically generated and delivered to your email on a
schedule you define.
This feature is available to users on the “Growth” and “Scale” plans.
“Starter” plan users do not have access to scheduled reports.Users on the “Growth” plan can only create one scheduled report at a time, while “Scale” plan users can create unlimited scheduled reports.
What is a scheduled report?
A scheduled report is a recurring, automated version of the member-report feature, designed to be:
- Sent directly to any specified email recipient
- Delivered based on a custom schedule: daily, weekly, or monthly
- Generated using the same insights and visualisations as the manual member report
Configuration
When setting up a scheduled report, you will need to configure the following:
Recipient
Specify the email address of the person who should receive the report. This can be someone within or outside your organisation.
Frequency
You can choose one of three frequencies for report delivery:
Daily
Reports are sent every day at a specified time. This requires the time of day (e.g. 9:00 AM) to be set for delivery.
Weekly
Reports are sent once a week on a specific day (e.g. every Monday). You will need to select the day of the week and the
time of day for delivery.
Monthly
Reports are sent once a month on a specific date (either first day of the month or last day of the month).
You will also need to select the day of the month.
